The House
The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.
The property is double glazed and fully insulated. The comfortable lounge area is cosy with a log burner, a small dining table and a wide screen TV. The modern kitchen has comprehensive facilities including a hot tap, refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave and a dishwasher. A washing machine combined tumble drier is housed within a laundry/cleaning cupboard within the lounge area.
The bathroom comes with a modern-traditional feel. Here you will find both a bath and a walk-in shower.
Trebyan has three bedrooms. The master bedroom on the top floor has high ceilings and wooden beams, king-size bed, huge fitted wardrobes, and two large bedside chest of draws.
The other two bedrooms are found on the middle floor, with the smaller of the two leading off from the larger bedroom. In the larger room there’s another king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a tall boy and two bedside tables. The smallest room has wardrobe space above the foot of the small double bed and one bedside table. Throughout the house there is ample storage.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

Location
Trebyan is situated in Kingsand, a charming coastal village nestled on the Rame Peninsula in South East Cornwall. Kingsand and its neighbouring village Cawsand, are still something of an undiscovered gem. The villages have quaint, narrow, cottage-lined streets whilst still retaining much of their unspoilt charm.
The Villages are set within an area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking Plymouth Sound across to Devon. The Rame Peninsula is surrounded by the English Channel to the south and Plymouth Sound to the east.
